FactKeep Image

FactKeep Image is a modular tool that can be run independently or as part of FactKeep.  

FactKeep Image allows users to create meta data and descriptions for stored images in bulk.  

Users can upload any number of images and our application will explore each one.  FactKeep Image will create a title, description and meta tags linked to the image file name which can be output and used within an existing DAM system or ingested into FactKeep to securely, interrogate this content. 

• Provides detailed meta data for images that was previously non-existent. 
• Makes images searchable and findable based on these keywords. 
• Can process images in bulk making everything quicker and easier to get to the end goal. 

FactKeep Find

FactKeep Find is another module for FactKeep. Our FactKeep Find module takes volume content and extracts only the relevant pages that you are looking for. In effect, sorting them out to make interrogating them easier.  

Provide an example of the first page of the document you are looking for, together with the number of pages the document is made up of and FactKeep Find will go away, locate all of the relevant documents and store them in a separate folder for your ongoing use.

FactKeep Cursive 

FactKeep Cursive is our handwriting module for FactKeep. FactKeep Cursive analyses handwritten documents and extracts the content into digital form to be used in other tools.  

With high levels of accuracy FactKeep Cursive can provide digital files of handwritten content that can be searched and interrogated as required.  

FactKeep Cursive can also be selective about the content it extracts pulling content from only where it is required on pages. It can also ingest ‘Source of Truth’ information if available to use of specified fields or content to ensure as accurate a response as possible. 

• Specific fields – Only extract content from certain parts of a document 
• Explainable outputs – Extract the title of the field as well as the response content 
• Content can be extracted for reasoning and exploration.
